Linda GoytiaJuly 20, 2018 I would never go to London without the oyster card or to the UK without the Brit rail pass. I used the Oyster pass five or six times a day for four days straight and as far as I know there was still value on it when I left London. Very easy to use and I received it within two days of placing my order. I bought the Brit rail Flexi pass and made eight days worth of trips with it I would not even consider trying to deal with buying individual tickets. It was a terrific value in terms of both money and convenience.

S. de BreeNovember 03, 2017 Preordered Oyster Card before leaving home was so handy didn't have to waste time purchasing card at Gatwick airport .
all staff were great and very helpful. Would recommend anyone going to UK to purchase rail passes if travelling around UK and the Oyster Card if they are going to see London. Hopping on and off the tube or bus worked well plus used card for a few discounts or gifts depending on merchant.

Lyn VaughanOctober 14, 2017 I used the Oyster card on 20 September 2017 for just the one day.
I had been going to write to whomever is in charge of the underground in London to tell them what great staff they have and how helpful the staff were to a first time user of the Oyster Card. I cannot speak too highly about staff who helped me process my card, get my ticket unstuck and carried my bag to the correct platform among many other kindnesses. I am 73 and had not used the underground for many years.
Thank you for giving me this opportunity to tell you how fantastic your employees are as if you did not know already. This shows that the card as a product is nothing without the exceptional service provided.
If you are not the people the people to whom to share this information or it should be shared with others, please let me know or forward to whomever.
Thanks,
Lyn
