  • “Thalys E-Ticket and Reservation - Semi Flexible”
    Can be exchanged up to the departure date; the traveler is required to pay any price difference between the exchanged ticket and the newly purchased ticket; a 40% cancellation fee applies (policy is subject to changes)
  • “Thalys E-Ticket and Reservation - Non Flexible”
    No exchanges or refunds allowed (policy is subject to changes)
