Pass Activation


What is the activation date?

The activation date is the date you will be using the pass on the train for the first time. Once the activation date is entered, the pass cannot be changed and is no longer eligible for a refund.

When should I activate my pass?

You can activate your passes on the day of first use or you can activate it earlier, just please be sure to only enter the date you will first use the pass. If you prefer to activate it earlier, just be aware that once the pass is activated it is non-refundable and can’t be changed.

With a Flexipass you will receive a different QR code for each valid day. Therefore, you do need to click the same link and activate each day of the pass separately.

Once you click the same activation link, click the “Activate a new day” tab and activate your remaining days.

What if I don’t know my first travel date?

The date you enter when making the booking does not have to be the same as your pass activation date. Our system requires a date to be entered to establish that the booking is being done within the correct time frame for the terms and conditions of the product ordered.

How do I cancel my unactivated pass?

To cancel an unactivated pass, we handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the unique sales conditions associated with each product. As a result, the applicable fees for changes may vary accordingly.


Unable to open PDF file (corrupt)

Simply click the activation link again and re-download the file if it is corrupted the first time.
