Heathrow Express is a train service to Central London, with the option to select a Heathrow Express E-ticket or a Heathrow Express Paper Ticket. With trains departing every 15 minutes, the Heathrow Express is by far the easiest way to get to Central London!
Heathrow Express E-ticket:
The E-ticket is available to everyone.
Heathrow Express Paper Ticket:
The Paper Ticket is designed for sale to persons having their permanent residence outside the UK.

The Heathrow Express is available in one-way or round-trip.
Paper Ticket: Ticket must be validated within 6 months of the date of purchase.
E-ticket: The one-way journey must be used within 3 months of the travel date. For round-trip tickets, the return journey must be used within 1 month of the outbound journey.
Heathrow Express serves all five terminals at Heathrow Airport with one station for Terminals 1, 2, and 3 (Heathrow Central) and a separate Terminal 5 that takes 6 minutes longer. To access Terminal 4, change at Heathrow Central for the free and frequent transfer service to Terminal 4.
Please note the E-ticket is non-refundable and is valid for 3 months from the date of travel, whereas the Paper Ticket is refundable and is valid for 6 months.
You can book a maximum of 9 people at the same time when booking a Heathrow Express E-ticket.
