Best way to experience europe and european people!Eva Helgesson ,SwedenApril 13, 2016
I, my husband and our two children, 6 and 8 year, travelled through central europe in July/August 2015: Interrail 26 days, 19 cities/places to discover and 5000 km on track. We travelled lightweight, just one small bag each, cabin size, and we had nothing pre-booked. Before we left Sweden, we made a special deal with our telephone/internet company, so it was easy and cheap to make internet reservations while travelling. Interrail force you to get in contact with local people and there is no better way to let you feel the soul of a country or a place than travel among other, impossible to "jump over" anything. We had a perfect journey: wonderful weather, museums, cote d'azur, the children learned to swim, tour Eiffel, TGV etc. etc.. Meeting people was central, walking and talking :-) having an espresso at the train... That's life! I wish all interrailers a nice journey this summer!

Travel to DenmarkBarbara Kelly ,United KingdomApril 12, 2016
I used my Interrail Global pass to travel to Denmark. It allowed me to travel 5 days in a 10 day period and so I was able to break my journey along the way. The timetable and booking process meant I could explore many different routes easily and arrive a a decision about my journey which that meant I got the best out of my ticket. The only difficulty I had was that for some trains it was necessary to reserve a seat and I had to do this with each company individually. It also added quite an additional cost to the whole journey. Other trains had optional seat reservations and I didn't bother with those.
