Where can the pass be used?
Eligibility
- This pass is only valid for residents of Europe. You are not eligible to travel with this pass if you are a resident of Sweden.
Pre-booking time
- The InterRail Pass can be bought up to 3 months before the beginning of its validity.

Discount for youth 25 years or younger in 2nd class.

Children 4-15 pay half the adult fare.

- Various high-speed and night trains require reservations to be made prior to travel. To book your advanced reservations please go to "Reservations for passholders"
Seat reservations may be compulsory or highly recommended on select European trains. The cost for a reservation or supplement is not included in a Interrail Pass and varies depending on the country, type of train and date of purchase/travel. High speed trains and night trains are examples of trains requiring a supplement and reservation.
