Child Discount
Children between the ages of 4 to 15 pay a reduced fare. Children under 4
travel for free.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are limited to completely unused and
unvalidated Passes, tickets, and inclusive packages, and will be granted only
where permitted under the terms and conditions set forth below or elsewhere in
published documentation. Passes, tickets and vouchers must be returned for
refunds. No refunds will be granted on partially unused parts or inclusive
packages; documents must bear no evidence of having been tampered with in any
way.
Where no other time for refund is specified on this
website, refunds on tickets and Passes must be applied for within six months of
the issue date. A cancellation charge will be deducted from all refunds. Where
no other cancellation charges are specified on this website, the cancellation
charge will be a minimum of 15%.
No refunds will be given on reservation/booking fees.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
All requests for refunds must be submitted to the
office from which the Passes or tickets were purchased.
FEES AND CHARGES:
For an upgrade to NSB Komfort on the NSB rail part,
please make a seat reservation for NSB comfort compartment, the supplement is
NOK 75.
Sleepers on the night train is extra/will have to be
added to the ticket price, prices for single bed compartment, double or 3 beds.
Please note: There is no seat reservation for
individual travellers on local trains between Bergen-Voss or Bergen-Myrdal, the
client needs the ticket only, and find any seat in the train.
No reservation needed for individuals on the boat and
the bus.
LOST TICKETS:
ACP Rail is not responsible for tickets or vouchers,
which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed.
Refunds cannot be authorised in such cases.
Therefore, travel insurance is recommended.

In Eidfjord you can take an interesting sightseeing
tour or just relax beside the fjord, wander round the centre of Eidfjord, enjoy

A fjord cruise on the Hardangerfjord is next, with
views of towering mountains, waterfalls and idyllic orchards and plenty of time
on board to digest the many impressions before the boat arrives in Norheimsund.
If you are travelling at the beginning of June, you will probably catch some of
the lovely blossoming of the fruit trees in Hardanger.
