Soft Sleeper Compartment

Passenger traveling in soft sleeper compartment, which is one of the safest, most modern and comfortable ways to travel in China, will get to his destination rapidly, refreshed and saving the cost of a night’s in a hotel.

Regular Tickets

Ø      Point to point tickets are available in 1st or 2nd Class

Soft Sleeper:

Ø      Each compartment has four bunks and a double action door so that separate access is available to the two upper and two lower bunks.

Ø      Comfortable bedding and good quality pillows are provided. Each bunk is equipped with a small reading lamp.

Ø      The facilities include a clothes rack, slippers, clothes brush, stainless steel thermos, fine porcelain teacup and a trash can.

Ø      A toilet with a squat-close stool is only available on soft sleeper carriages, with a supply of toilet paper.

Ø      The deluxe Two-bed Compartment is equipped with a bathroom for exclusive use and sofa, TV set, service phone as well.

The train ticket will ONLY valid on the date which is shown on the ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable.

FEES AND CHARGES:

Seat Reservations are included in the price of the ticket for tickets delivered within Beijing.

Please note that an extra 25 USD shipping fee applies on all delivery outside of Beijing.

 

LOST TICKETS:

Neither ACP Rail nor China Railways are responsible for tickets or vouchers, which are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed. Refunds cannot be authorized in such cases.

HOW TO BOOK:

 

  1. Outlets will use the following URL and fill out a web request form: www.acprail.com/chinarailways.  All required fields must be filled in.
  2. The completed request form is sent via e-mail to our ACP Call Centre for processing. Reservations can only be confirmed for travel dates within 30 days of departure.
  3. The ACP Call Centre will provide back to the outlet (within 48 hours) the desired availability or the next best option.
  4. Once the outlet has confirmed the desired availability to ACP’s Call Centre and the billing has been processed through RailNet, the order will be reserved and the confirmation number will be provided to the outlet.
  5. The tickets will then be delivered directly to the client at their hotel in China on the specified date (on the order form).  The address of the hotel must be confirmed to China Railways (via ACP’s Call Center) at least 10 business days before the date of travel.
