Trenitalia Domestic Point to Point Tickets
1st or 2nd class tickets for an individual or group journey, from one station to another within the Italian Rail Network.
Pre-booking time: 2 months.
1) Outlet must go to the Information Request Form (www.acprail.com/italian-rail) and download the TrenItalia Excel file to obtain the price list available in USD and CAD.
2) Outlet can either complete the Information Request form (www.acprail.com/italian-rail) or call ACP’s North America Call Center at 1-866-938-RAIL(7245) or 1-514-904-2611 with booking request regarding TrenItalia Domestic Point to Point.
3) An ACP Rail agent will confirm current prices and verify availability of product and reply to the enquiry.
4) If the outlet agrees to purchase the item, then the ACP Rail agent will book the point to point ticket in RailNet.
5) The ACP agent will send the RailNet order number (PNR) back to the outlet without charging it and advise the outlet that they have to go in their RailNet account, charge the booking and send notification back to ACP Rail indicating that charges have been processed.
6) The ACP agent will verify that the charge has been applied in RailNet and will then ship the ticket to the outlet.

Available only to residents of Canada, US and Mexico in USD or CAD dollars.
Child Discount
Children (from 4 to 11 yrs inclusive) get a reduced rate
Group Discount
Groups (10 passengers or more) get 20% discount – Note: 2 children count as 1
adult
REFUNDS:
Refunds are at the discretion of ACP Rail International and RailBest, based on the following conditions. The client must send the original ticket back undamaged.
Refunds must be submitted to ACP Rail International at least 5 days prior to the departure of the reserved train. A 20% cancellation fee applies to these refunds. Technical refunds will be considered under special circumstances within 48 hours from the time of the RailNet charge.
FEES AND CHARGES:
Shipping fees for regular courier is 15USD. An extra 10USD will be charged for overnight deliveries.
If using a couchette or berth, a supplement is to be paid.
If part of the journey is effected on Eurostar Italia Trains, the Eurostar Italia Upgrading, which gives right to a seat reservation, is to be paid.

LOST TICKETS:
There is no refund for lost or stolen tickets.
