Ø      Major routes and travel times:

o       Paris/Brussels (24 daily round-trips) 1h 25 min

o       Paris/Cologne (7 daily departures) 3h 50 min

o       Brussels/Amsterdam 2h 40 min

o       Paris/Antwerpen (6 daily round-trips) 2h 09 min

o       Paris/Rotterdam (5 daily round-trips) 3h 14 min

o       Paris/Amsterdam (5 daily round-trips) 4h 13 min

o       Paris/Liege (7 daily round-trips) 2h 35 min

Eligibility:

Available only to residents of Canada, US and Mexico in USD or CAD dollars.

 

Validity:

While discounted fares are offered for holders of certain passes the client still needs to buy a Thalys ticket.

For Passholder fares: pass needs to be validated prior to boarding Thalys. If client uses a Flexipass, one day of the pass will be used.

Discounts:

Child Discount
Children under the age of 12 pay a reduced rate. Children under 4, who do not require a seat, are free.

 

Youth Discount
Youths under 26 years of age pay a reduced rate.

 

Senior Discount

Seniors 60 years of age and over pay a reduced rate.

 

Pass Holder Discount

The following pass holders pas a reduced rate:

Pass 1

The Passholder 1 fare is valid with any Eurail Global Pass / Eurail Select Pass covering the entire journey

Eurail Benelux - France Pass / Eurail, Benelux - Germany Pass

Eurail Benelux passes valid for journeys between Brussels and Netherlands only.

The Passholder fare is not offered on the Amsterdam/ Brussels - Avignon/Marseille route.

 

Pass 2

The Passholder 2 fare is valid with:

France Rail passes

2-country rail passes covering France (Eurail France - Italy, Eurail France -

Spain and Eurail France - Switzerland)

Eurail Select Pass including France

 

Wheel Chair Discount

Individuals in wheel chairs and their companions pay a reduced rate.

 

Group Discount

Groups of 10 passenger minimum pay a reduced rate

 

Mezzo (Leisure 1) Discount

Compulsory round-trip. Special after-sales

rules apply. BOTH SEGMENTS MUST BE RETURNED

 

Mezzo + (Leisure 2) Discount

Compulsory round-trip. Special after-sales rules apply. BOTH SEGMENTS MUST BE RETURNED

 

Smilys (Leisure 14) Discount

Compulsory round-trip. Special after-sales rules apply. Minimum of 14-day advance purchase

 

Kid and Co Discount

Discount for an adult traveling with a child under 12 years of age on the TDD.  Maximum 2 adults per child.

 

Leisure Discount

Discount for compulsory round trip + one overnight stay.

 

 

Conditions of used:

REFUNDS:

Special cancellation fees apply to some fares. Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased. Refunds, when authorized, can only be performed in North America up to 60 days after train’s departure date.

Exchange can only be done to exchange a ticket, a new ticket must be issued and the unused one sent back to ACP Rail for a refund within the time frame allowed for such refund. A handling and processing fee of 20% may apply. Refunds granted on the returned tickets depend on the refund policy of that particular fare.

Processing fee, outlet commission and shipping fees are not refundable.

Lost or stolen travel documents are non refundable. Lost or stolen travel documents may be protected with the purchase of a Rail Protection Plan
