We have a new Ticket Stock facility in Railnet. The addition is basically the ability to have more than one ticket range.
This means that when the Current Range is near the end, a second range can be registered and once the last ticket is used, the system "jumps" to the Next Range automatically. For example, if you have one sheet of 3 tickets left and your order contains 4 tickets, you put the last sheet and also the first sheet of the second set of tickets in the printer et voila!
Also, more than one range can be saved for later usage. Users can change from In Stock (ranges kept) to Next Range or even to Current Range. Of course, when change to Current Range, the previous range cannot be reused and will be voided.
Here is one quick example:
My current range is 80001 to 90000 and the next ticket to be printed is 80385.

I just entered the range 5-8 and clicked on "REGISTER" in the NEW RANGE section. I have now a saved range in the IN STOCK section. The only thing I can do now with this range is to make it my next range by clicking on "SET NEXT RANGE".

I just entered the range 9-12 and clicked on "REGISTER" in the NEW RANGE section. I have now a second saved range in the IN STOCK section.

I selected the range 5-8 (by clicking on the checkbox next to it) and clicked on "SET NEXT RANGE" button. This range is now in the NEXT RANGE section and will be used when the CURRENT RANGE will be finished.

I just clicked on "SET CURRENT RANGE" button and saw my previous range 80001 to 90000 replaced by the new 5-8 and the next ticket to be printed is now 5. Tickets 80385 to 90000 will be voided and cannot be reused.

To change the NEXT STOCK NUMBER to a new number, enter a new ticket number and click on "SAVE NEW STOCK NUMBER". Just like before, you can only change the numbers forward and not backward. You can see on the left part of the screen a few texts explaining what to do in the different sections.
