Paris – Germany Night trains operate between Paris and the German cities of Hannover, Bremen, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin.

Features:

Ø      Classes Available: 1st and 2nd.

Ø      Fares Available: Adult, Child, Youth, Senior, Pass Holder, Leisure RT.

Ø      Routes and travel times:

o       ParisHannover 9 hours

o       ParisBerlin 11 hours 10 min.

o       ParisBremen 9 hours 30 min.

o       ParisHamburg 10 hours 45 min.


Eligibility:

Available only to residents of Canada, US and Mexico in USD or CAD dollars.

 

Validity:

While discounted fares are offered for pass holders, client still needs to buy a ticket.

For Passholder Fares: Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding the Paris – Germany Night trains. Flexipass holders need to use a travel day on their Flexipass to be entitled to a Passholder fare on the Paris – Germany Night trains.

 

Discounts:

Child Discount
Children under the age of 12 pay a reduced rate. Children under 4, who do not require a seat, are free.

 

Youth Discount
Youths under 26 years of age pay a reduced rate.

 

Senior Discount

Seniors over 60 years of age pay a reduced rate.

 

Pass Holder Discount

The following passholders pay a reduced rate:

Passholder 1

Available for holders of Eurail Global Pass and Eurail Select Pass (covering the whole journey – only with Germany, Benelux and France included).

 

Passholder 2

Available for holders of Eurail Global Pass Eurail France - Spain pass, Eurail France - Italy pass, Eurail France - Switzerland, France Railpass, German Railpass, Eurail Select Pass (covering either France or Germany), Eurail Benelux - Germany Pass, Eurail Denmark - Germany Pass.

 

Conditions of used:

REFUNDS:

Exchanges can only be performed in North America. To exchange a ticket in North America, client must buy a new ticket and then send the unused one back for a refund. For exchanges a 20% handling fee and/or penalty may apply.

Processing fee, outlet commission and shipping fees are not refundable.

LOST TICKETS:

Lost or stolen travel documents are non refundable. Lost or stolen travel documents may be protected with the purchase of a Rail Protection Plan
