Eurostar Point to Point Tickets

Tickets for an individual or group journey, from one station to another within the Eurostar Network.

 

Features:

Ø      Available in Adult or Child Rates in the following Classes: Leisure Select Peak, Leisure Select Off-Peak, Standard Peak and Standard Off-Peak.

Ø      Leisure Select is 1st class with 3 course meal

Ø      Peak & off-peak - Eurostar yield-manage their trains, therefore approximately 70% of OFF PEAK tickets requests are secured on off peak tariffs. ACP will provide the off-peak options on alternate (next best) trains if only peak prices are available on desired train.

 

 

Eligibility:

Eligible to everyone however only outlets with accounts set up in EUR, USD, CAD and AUD can book the product.

 

Validity:

Tickets are valid only for the date and train reserved.

 

Discounts:

Child Discount

Children aged 4-11 pay a reduced rate. Children below the age of 4 who do not require their own seat are free.

 

 

Conditions of used:

REFUNDS:

(a)   All cancellations and amendments must be notified immediately by email to ACP’s Call Centre.

(b)    ACP will issue an email confirmation of any cancellation/amendment made.  It is the Outlet’s responsibility to retain this document and in the event of any query, no refund or credit will be given for any cancellation without a copy of this document.

(c)   Cancellations and amendments made 20 days (or 26 days in case of Disneyland) or more before the confirmed date of travel will be made without charge subject to availability. Cancellations and amendments made less than 20 days (or 26 days in case of Disneyland) prior to confirmed date of travel will be charged at 100%.

(d)   Services confirmed for clients who “no show” are chargeable at 100%. Unused tickets are non refundable.

(e)   In the event of a confirmed service becoming unavailable, notification will be given immediately by ACP and the closest available comparable alternative service will be substituted.

(f)     Reservations of 10 passengers or more travelling together constitutes a group booking. Group booking and cancellation terms will apply (See below for details).

HOW TO BOOK

 

  1. Outlet will use the following URL and fill out a web request form: www.ACPRail.com/eurostar .  All required fields must be filled in. The credit card or debit card field must only be filled in if the clients are not redeeming their tickets in London or Paris.  The credit card or debit card number is only for identification purposes – not for payment.
  2. The completed request form is sent via e-mail to our ACP Call Centre for processing. Reservations can only be confirmed for travel dates within 120 days.
  3. The ACP Call Centre will provide back to the outlet (within 24 hours) the desired availability or the next best option.
  4. Once the outlet has confirmed the desired availability to ACP’s Call Centre and the billing has been processed through RailNet, the order will be reserved and the E-Ticket number (TOD) will be provided to the outlet

 

TICKETING

Ticket on Departure (also referred to as TOD) available subject to conditions below:

 

Ø      Paris Gare Du Nord: e-ticket machines can be found near the ticketing offices.

Ø      St Pancras, Ebbsfleet and Ashford: e-ticket machines can be found throughout the ticket office and departures area at St Pancras International and next to the check-in gates at Ashford International. Your traveller will need the 6 or 8 character booking reference which is supplied at time of booking.

Ø      Brussels : tickets can be collected from the Railtour office, situated inside Brussels Midi/Zuid. The office is open from 0630 to 2130 every day.

Ø      Lille, Calais, Disney and Selected French Stations: For TOD’s, a credit or debit card number needs to be provided at the time of booking. The card number is purely to identify the passenger and the card is not used for payment. The passenger will be required to produce the card in order to collect tickets (without this card, tickets cannot be printed). Passengers should go to the nearest SNCF ticket desk for processing.
