Eligibility:

Available only to residents of Canada, US and Mexico in USD or CAD dollars.

Validity:

Elipsos ticket required for holder of certain passes (discounted passholder fares available).

For passholder fares: pass needs to be validated prior to boarding the train. For Flexipass, one day of use of the pass is required. Pass does not need to match class of service of accommodation. For example, a 2^nd class passholder can purchase a 1st class accommodation. There will be no extra charge.

Eurail Global Pass, Eurail Select Pass (incl. France or Spain: all routes; Italy: Barcelona – Milan; Switzerland: Barcelona – Zurich), France Railpass, Eurail Spain Flexipass, Eurail France - Spain Pass, Eurail Portugal - Spain Railpass on all routes, Swiss Passes on Barcelona-Zurich, Eurail Italy on Barcelona-Milano, Eurail France - Italy Pass (need to use one day on the pass)

Child Discount
Children under the age of 12 pay a reduced rate.

Conditions of used:

REFUNDS:

Special cancellation fees apply to certain fares. Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased. Refunds, when authorized, can only be performed in North America.

Exchanges can only be performed in North America. To exchange a ticket in North America, client must buy a new ticket and then send the unused one back for a refund. For exchanges a 20% handling fee and/or penalty may apply.

When requesting an exchange in North America, make sure client allows enough time for the new ticket to be sent before his/her departure to Europe.

Processing fee, outlet commission and shipping fees are not refundable.

Lost or Stolen Travel documents are not refundable. Lost or stolen travel documents may be protected with the purchase of a Rail Protection Plan
