Eligibility:

Available only to residents of Canada, US and Mexico in USD or CAD dollars.

 

Validity:

For Passholder Fares: Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding the Bruxelles-France TGVs. Flexipass holders need to use a travel day on their Flexipass to be entitled to a passholder fare on the Bruxelles-France TGVs.

The following pass holders pay a reduced rate:


Pass 1 For Eurail Global Pass / Eurail Select Pass (incl. France and Benelux)

Pass 2 For Eurail Select Pass (incl. Benelux) and Eurail Benelux Pass holders

Pass 3 For Eurail Select Pass (incl. France); France Railpass, Eurail France - Italy Pass, Eurail France - Spain Pass and France - Switzerland Pass holders (using one day of the Pass).

 

Senior Discount
Seniors 60 years of age and older pay a reduced rate.

 

Early Booking Discount

Reduced rate for 14 days advance purchase. Non Exchangeable, Non-refundable. Available in 2nd class on all routes.

 

Wheel Chair Discount

Wheel Chair/Blind passengers and their companions pay a reduced fare.

 

Conditions of used:

REFUNDS:

Exchange and refund policies vary depending on the type of fare purchased. Refunds, when authorized, can only be performed up to 60 days after train’s departure date in North America.

Exchange can be performed to exchange a ticket, a new ticket must be issued and the unused one sent back to ACP Rail International for a refund within the time frame allowed for such refund. A handling fee of 20% may apply. The refund granted on the returned ticket depends on the refund policy of that particular fare.

When requesting an exchange in North America, make sure client allows enough time for the new ticket to be sent before his/her departure to Europe.

Exchange can be performed for select fare types locally in France for Individuals.

Exchange can only be performed in the US for Groups.

There is no refund for lost or stolen travel documents. Lost or stolen travel documents may be protected with the purchase of a Rail Protection Plan.
