Artesia
Point to Point Tickets
Tickets
for an individual or group journey, from one station to another within the Artesia
Network.
1) Outlet must go to the Information Request Form (www.acprail.com/artesia) and download the Artesia Excel file to obtain the price list available in USD and CAD.
2) Outlet can either complete the Information Request form (www.acprail.com/artesia) or call ACP’s North America Call Center at 1-866-938-RAIL(7245) or 1-514-904-2611 with booking request regarding Artesia products.
3) An ACP Rail agent will confirm current prices and verify availability of product and reply to the enquiry.
4) If the outlet agrees to purchase the item, then the ACP Rail agent will book the point to point ticket in RailNet.
5) The ACP agent will send the RailNet order number (PNR) back to the outlet without charging it and advise the outlet that they have to go in their RailNet account, charge the booking and send notification back to ACP Rail indicating that charges have been processed.
6) The ACP agent will verify that the charge has been applied in RailNet and will then ship the ticket free of charge to the outlet.

* COMBINING
FARES / PRICE LEVELS: Fare types
with the same 'Passenger Type' (Pax Type) can be combined to get an average
price. E.g. Leisure Select pass I at $181can be combined with Leisure Select
pass III at $136 return to get an average return price of $316. It is also
possible to combine first and standard class fares (of the same fare and
passenger type) to get a round trip journey with one leg in each class. Note:
Combined round trip prices are rounded up to the nearest USD/CAD "
** Pass fare can be used without using up a day on the
Pass. Pass needs to be validated prior to boarding the Artesia. Passholders can
purchase either First or Standard Class Passholder fares independently of the
class of service of their pass. Pass fare valid to Paris, Brussels,
Marne-la-Vallee, Lille and Calais only.
*** Roundtrip required but may return on any other
day/date.
Note:
First class not available on
Ashford-Calais route
All Artesia tickets to
Brussels are valid to Any Belgian Station (ABS). Passengers can travel on one
ticket for this journey.
Maximum 9 passengers rule
applies to all above fares.
Available to all residents of Canada, US and Mexico
in USD and CAD dollars.

REFUNDS:
(1) The refunds must be submitted to ACP Rail International, which has emitted the ticket. You can ask for the refund/exchange at least 5 days prior to the departure of the reserved train to the authorized agencies that have emitted the ticket. A technical refund is not possible. When applicable, refund/exchange can only be performed up to 5 days prior to departure date.
EXCHANGE:
(2) This product may only be exchange once and must be exchange at least 5 days prior to departure (for each leg of a return journey). Processing fee may apply. However this is up to Artesia or ACP’s discretion.

AND CHARGES:
Shipping
fees for regular courier are included for any booking made through RailNet.
However, any booking made by other means (i.e. Credit Card) will be charged
15USD for regular courier. In all casee, an extra 10USD will be charged for
overnight deliveries.

or stolen tickets are non refundable.
